In October 2016, Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry) S. Iswaran launched the Precision Engineering Industry Transformation Map at the Meiban Innovation Center.

Meiban Group was the first factory to embark on the journey of digitalizing its operations through the iSmart Factory project—a factory of the future based on Industry 4.0 principles.

Our iSmart Factory is built on three pillars: Smart Technology Development, Human-Centric Solutions, and Talent Development.

The iSmart Factory will enhance our productivity, intelligence, and overall business management.
