Information Architecture 

In our software design process we begin with conceptualization of ideas that involve in research and user case studies. This is to ensure we capture the pain points of our users and to address these in our software solution.

We will then have an information architecture with site map and contents to guide our software design thinking before proceeding on to programming and coding.

Design

Our UI/UX design team will develop contents via wire-frame modeling. In consultation with our customers we decide the graphic look for the graphic user interface. Our team is adept in coming out with original graphic design buttons and icons, and when necessary, purchase graphic icons from stock library.

Interactive prototyping is used to engage the end-users and for feedback and refinement of the interactive design.

Implementation

Meiban usually customized our software solutions to fit our business processes or sometimes re-design our business processes to make our business more efficient and profitable.

Implementation of our software solutions needs a buy-in from users and we believe in having a good user experience to ensure sustainability. We do Browser and Accessibility testing and create our internal API to suit our IOT devices, ensuring that software solutions are constantly meeting our end users' needs and comfort.
